Brianna has spent years welcoming families to Florida vacation homes and knows what makes a trip feel effortless for the person who did all the planning.

Bill teaches short-term rental investors through Build STR Wealth and STR Wealth Con, so every Valtara home is run with a clear plan behind it.

Together they started Valtara Stays to bring that same care to homes in Panama City Beach, Orange Beach, St. Augustine, Asheville and the Poconos.
