Valtara Stays LLC ("Valtara Stays", "we", "us") runs valtarastays.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- What you send us through our forms, such as your name, email, mobile number, the market you are interested in, your home address if you are a homeowner, and your message.
- Booking details when you reserve a home, such as your dates, guest count and payment information. Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools when analytics are enabled.
How We Use It
- To reply to you, send the information you asked for and manage your stay or your home.
- To send texts and emails about your inquiry, your booking or our launch. You can reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- To improve this website and understand which pages are helpful.
- To meet legal, tax and safety obligations.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with service providers that help us run Valtara Stays, such as our website host (Cloudflare), our property management and booking platform (Hospitable), our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider (Brevo), our texting provider (Quo) and, when enabled, Google Analytics and Meta. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and Analytics
When analytics are enabled we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry and booking records as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, then delete or anonymize them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
