These terms apply to your use of valtarastays.com, operated by Valtara Stays LLC. By using this website you agree to them.
What We Offer
Valtara Stays offers short-term vacation home rentals and co-hosting services for vacation home owners. Homes listed as coming soon are not yet available to book.
Bookings
When booking opens, each reservation is made through our secure checkout. Your total, including nightly rate, cleaning fee, taxes and any other fees, is shown before you pay. Each booking is also governed by the rental agreement and house rules for that home, which you will receive and accept before your stay.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars.
Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation policy for each home is shown before you book and in your confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method according to that policy. If we must cancel your stay, you will receive a full refund.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to follow occupancy limits and house rules and are responsible for damage beyond normal wear during their stay.
Co-Hosting Services
Co-hosting services for homeowners are provided under a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website is a binding offer of co-hosting terms.
Website Content
We work to keep everything on this website accurate. Photos on pages without a specific home are for illustration of the destination. Details for each home are shown on that home's page.
Texts and Emails
If you give us your mobile number you agree we may text you about your inquiry or stay. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Valtara Stays is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
